Kitchen Designer/Sales
Exciting opportunity to join our team for a full time sales position. We are looking for detail-oriented design professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate would be familiar with selling to both residential and contractor customers. Minimum of 2 years kitchen design/sales experience. Must have proven track record taking the sale from design to installation.

Position available - Shrewsbury, MA. and Acton, MA.

Production Coordinator Manager
Cassa Stone inc seeks a qualified individual for Production Manager position in our Shrewsbury, MA fabrication plant. The successful candidate must possess innovative talents in manufacturing process improvement, inventory control, quality control and above all, superior leadership qualities to manage a production staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Meet manufacturing and installation schedules.
-Maintain quality control standards.
-Employee training and development.
-Implement continuous process improvement methods.
-Plan and schedule resources in order to meet and exceed production requirements.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in manufacturing & Scheduling.
-Proven leadership skills. -Computer skills in Word & Excel.
-Countertop manufacturing experience is a plus.
-Degree in Management and/or Process is recommended.
